• The Tenders & Regulatory Affairs Department is a significant department because of its vital role in the business development. Therefore, the Board of Directors gives it full support, by locating the Vice President in Riyadh to give his full attention and power to this department.
• It is operated by a qualified team and led by an experienced pharmacist.
• It operates from Riyadh to keep close relationship with the Ministry of Health and the Registration Committee.
• It works very closely with our principals to achieve the best results.
• It has achieved very good records in registering new companies and products.

MARKETING DEPARTMENT

The Marketing Department plays a considerable role in marketing our different types of products for our business partners. An experienced manager heads the Department, who has background in marketing and medicine. It has the following tasks:
• It prepares marketing plans, market studies, and sales forecast.
• It defines marketing opportunities for new products.
• It is responsible for the process of planning, implementing, controlling, promoting, and distribution of ideas, goods and services that satisfy our customers and goals.

SALES DEPARTMENT

The Sales Department is directly responsible for generating sales revenue. Therefore, our sales represents know how to identify our customers needs and diagnose their problems and thus propose solutions for them.
They show our customers how we can help them to improve their profitability and become profitable partners. ZIMMO's sales people have many tasks, which include prospecting, targeting, communicating, selling, servicing, and information gathering.
